How to check the failure of Laser Marking Machine

The equipment laser does not emit light:
1. Determine the power supply of the laser through the operation of the laser fan;
2. Measure whether the 24V power supply of the laser is normal under the condition of good electrical and grounding and good red light;
3. Measure whether the 15V power supply of the galvanometer is normal or not
Print poor or variable font quality

The galvanometer:
• power grounding problem
• interference with other equipment on site
• parameter setting error
• whether the action is normal
• the galvanometer lens is broken
• the vibrator motor is damaged

Synchronizer:
• power grounding problem
• parameter setting error
• whether the wheel connection is firm
The marking is not legible

Laser:
• low output power
• light spots are not good
